We are committed to improving the health of the residents of Bristol VA, Bristol TN and surrounding cities.
Primary Care
We provide a wide range of primary care services including but not limited to preventive exams and chronic disease management like diabetes, hypertension, COPD, Asthma, high cholesterol etc.
Sick Visits
We create time during our regular office hours to see our sick patients on the same day.
We treat acute illnesses like common cold, flu, UTI, rash, sore throat, fever to mention a few.
Occupational Medicine
We are FMCSA certified to perform DOT exams for commercial drivers. We also perform pre-employment physical exams, employee physicial exams, drug screens and treat work related injuries or illnesses.
Pediatric Care
We provide well child exams, childhood immunizations, school physicals, sports physicals and other pediatric services.
Geriatric Care
For our elderly patients, we provide a yearly "Medicare" physical exam and ensure your pneumonia, flu, shingles and other vaccines are up to date. We order medically necessary equipment to make you comfortable at home. We work closely with you, your Power of Attorney and your home health agency.
In-house Lab/Prodedures
We collect specimen for lab tests in-house and spare you the inconvenience of driving to a lab after your office visit.
We do urine tests, flu tests, strep tests, EKGs, ear wax removal, joint injections and other primary care tests and procedures.

Uzoma Obuekwe, MD
Dr. Obuekwe is a board certified family medicine physician, licensed in the states of Virginia and Tennessee. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
She obtained her medical degree from University of Nigeria and completed a family residency program at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Utica, New York.
Away from the office, she enjoys, traveling, going to church and spending time with her family.
